This Usage Policy ("Policy") outlines how you may use the Haast Software as a Service platform (“Haast Platform” or “the Services”) provided by Haast Pty Ltd ("Haast"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in throttling, restrictions or suspension of your access to our services. Haast reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Policy to stay informed of any updates or changes.

1. Acceptable Use

1.1. Lawful Purposes: Users must use Haast’s services solely for lawful purposes. You may not engage in any illegal activities or use the services to violate any laws or regulations.

1.2. Authorised Users: Access to the services is limited to authorised users only. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and must not share their account details with unauthorised individuals.

1.3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to their use of the services, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1. Unauthorised Access: Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Haast's systems or interfere with the security or integrity of the Services.

2.2. Malicious Use: Users must not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, degrade or otherwise impair Haast's services, including but not limited to distributing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, or engaging in phishing or social engineering attacks.

2.3. Illegal Content: Users must not upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringes upon the rights of others, or is harmful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene.

2.4. Spam: Users must not use the services to send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or other forms of spam.

2.5. Intellectual Property Infringement: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others and must not use the services to infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

2.6 Competitor Research: The Haast platform is intended solely to enable a company to monitor for compliance issues across its own and authorised third parties digital content. Users must not use the Haast platform for the purposes of researching or otherwise monitoring or scanning content of other organisations including competitors.
