This means that regulated documents as well as marketing materials like newsletters and fact sheets can be automatically scanned to ensure that they contain the correct information and carry specific content required. Equity Trustees has encoded over 80 custom key compliance requirements into the platform, enabling them to pick up issues from missing disclaimers to clumsy language or terminology which might not meet regulatory requirements. These custom rules have been tailored to clients' specific circumstances and risk tolerances - a process which Haast makes easy via the ability to upload existing marketing review playbooks or by using an AI-powered rule builder - preventing errors before they even make it into the public domain
Haast is also automating a range of live checks of fund manager marketing content and superannuation fund marketing material, through constant monitoring of thousands of online resources (websites, social media accounts and so on). With Haast, teams are able to find potential issues in minutes, rather than days.
